Twelve casino bonuses, read line by line.

The welcome offers below run from C$500 to C$10,000. On its own that spread tells you almost nothing: what decides whether a bonus is worth taking is the wagering requirement behind it, and no banner prints that number. Every published offer here is listed exactly as the operator states it — and as each account is opened and tested, the measured columns fill in underneath.

Methodology

Built in two passes, and it says which one you are reading

Most casino lists blur the line between what was checked and what was assumed. This one keeps them apart: a figure is either read from a document or it is blank.

  1. Pass one — the paperwork, done

Licence, wagering multiplier, minimum deposit, bonus window and whether the requirement is applied to the deposit as well: all read from each operator's own terms and cross-checked against public review databases. This is what the current ranking is computed from.

  2. Pass two — the account, in progress

Payout speed, verification time and what support does at three in the morning cannot be read off a page. They need an account, a deposit of our own money and a withdrawal request. Until an operator has been through that, its payout column stays empty rather than estimated.

  3. What we never do

Fill a gap with a plausible number. Every dash on this page is a measurement that has not been taken yet — not a nil result, and not an oversight.

The ranking

Best online casinos, August 2026

Sorted by our composite score by default. Filter by what actually matters to you — a two-times wagering offer at a mid-table operator beats a ninety-times offer at the top of most lists.

Filter

How the score is built. It is computed, not assigned: 40 points for the wagering multiplier, 25 for the class of licence, 15 for how small a deposit is accepted, 10 for the length of the wagering window, and 10 more if the requirement applies to the bonus alone rather than to the deposit as well. Change a figure in the data and the ranking reorders itself.

Why nothing scores in the nineties. A score near 100 would need a Malta or UK licence together with single-digit wagering. Every operator on this page holds an offshore licence — Curaçao, Anjouan or Costa Rica — and the lowest multiplier here is 35×. The scale is absolute, not graded on a curve.

Where the figures come from. Licence, wagering, minimum deposit and bonus window were read from each operator's own terms and cross-checked against public review databases on . Payout times are the processing ranges the operators themselves publish; where we have timed a withdrawal ourselves the measured figure replaces it. Terms change without notice — read the operator's bonus page before depositing. 18+.

Pick by what you actually want tonight

A single "best casino" is a fiction. The right operator depends on whether you are protecting a small balance, chasing a large one, or simply want the money back in your account by morning.

    Lowest entry cost

Starting small without being punished for it

Two figures decide whether a small budget survives the first evening: the minimum deposit and the wagering multiplier. The lowest combination on this page is a C$10 deposit against 35× wagering — everything else asks for more of one or the other.

    Biggest package

The largest number on the page

C$10,000 is the highest ceiling listed, and it arrives across three deposits rather than one. Worth chasing only if you were going to deposit repeatedly anyway — the first tranche is the part almost everyone actually receives.

    Most free spins

Where the spins actually pile up

620 free spins is the largest allocation of the twelve offers, released in daily batches rather than granted at once. Check the value per spin before treating the count as a headline: 620 spins at C$0.10 is C$62.

    The smallest deposit worth making

Wagering windows here run from five days to thirty. That difference matters more than a few points of multiplier: the same 35× requirement is a different product over a month than over a working week.

    Strongest licence

The best consumer protection available here

Every operator on this page holds an offshore licence, so the comparison is between grades of offshore rather than against Malta or the UK. One sits under the newer Curaçao Gaming Control Board regime, which replaced the old master-licence system and applies direct oversight.

When the deposit is wagered too

Most offers here apply the multiplier to the bonus alone. Two apply it to the deposit as well, which quietly doubles the turnover on a matched offer — the same 35× becomes 70× of work in practice. It is one line, halfway down the terms.

    The one calculation that matters

What a bonus actually costs you

Wagering, rollover, playthrough — three names for the same rule. Before any bonus money can be withdrawn, you must stake it a set number of times. Move the sliders and watch a generous-looking offer turn into an unrealistic one.

Assumes slots weighted at 100%. Live tables usually count for 10% or less, which multiplies every figure in the result by ten.

To clear this bonus you must

    stake C$7,000

That is roughly 7,000 spins at your stake size, and about 3 h 15 m of continuous play at a typical six seconds per spin. At 96% return, the expected cost of clearing it is C$280 — money you are statistically likely to lose on the way.

Workable, but read the max-bet clause

Expected cost = turnover × house edge. It is an average across many sessions, not a prediction of yours. Variance can be far kinder or far crueller.

    • Check the max bet while wagering

Most terms cap you at C$5 per spin during playthrough. Exceed it once and the bonus plus everything won from it can be voided — the single most common reason a payout gets refused.

    • Check the clock

Wagering windows run from seven to thirty days. A 40× requirement on a seven-day clock is a different product from the same 40× over a month.

    • Check whether the deposit is locked too

Some terms apply the multiplier to bonus plus deposit. That silently doubles the work on a matched offer, and it is written in one line halfway down the page.

    • Check the cap on bonus winnings

Free spins frequently cap the convertible amount at C$50 or C$100 regardless of what you win. The spins can be genuinely free and the ceiling still make them close to worthless.

    Safety

How to check a casino is licensed, in ninety seconds

A licence is the only thing standing between you and having no recourse at all. Checking one is faster than reading a review — including this one.

    • Scroll to the footer

Every licensed operator prints the regulator's name and a licence number at the bottom of every page. If you have to hunt for it, that is already an answer.

    • Verify on the regulator's own site

Do not trust the badge — badges are images. Open the regulator's public register and search the licence number. The company name there must match the one in the terms you are about to accept.

    • Confirm identity checks are mandatory

A site that lets you deposit and withdraw without ever proving who you are is not protecting your privacy. It is skipping the rules that also protect your balance.

    • Find the self-exclusion route

Licensed operators must offer deposit limits, time-outs and permanent self-exclusion from inside your account, without a phone call. If those settings do not exist, neither does the licence that requires them.

    • Look for the dispute route

European licences include free alternative dispute resolution — a named third party who can rule against the casino. Offshore licences frequently do not, which is the practical difference between the two.

    • Check the padlock and the domain

Encryption is table stakes, but read the domain carefully. Clone sites copying a real brand's design onto a near-identical address are the most common scam in this market.

      On a phone

      Native app or mobile browser

Nine of the twelve run their mobile experience entirely in the browser, and for most people that is fine. An app earns its place only when it removes friction you would otherwise feel every session.

      Editorial policy

How this page pays for itself

Some links on this page are commercial. If you open an account through one, the operator may pay us a commission. That is how the testing budget — C$2,400 of deposits this edition — gets funded.

What commission does not buy: position, score, or the removal of a criticism. The scorecard is computed from recorded measurements — verification time, payout time, wagering multiple, licence class, catalogue size, support response — before anyone looks at which operators have a commercial arrangement. The current order is set by published offer size alone, which is the only thing that has been verified so far — and it puts two commercial partners at the bottom of the page.

If you find a figure here that no longer matches what the operator shows, tell us and we will re-test that account rather than quietly edit the number.

      Questions

      Asked often, answered plainly

Thirteen questions that come up in almost every message we receive about this page.

Which bonus should I actually take?
The one with the lowest wagering multiple you can realistically complete, not the one with the biggest number. A C$25 bonus at 2× costs you C$50 of turnover and is genuinely yours. A C$500 bonus at 60× costs C$30,000 of turnover, which almost nobody completes. Multiply the bonus by the multiplier before you compare two offers — that single calculation reorders most casino lists.
What is the practical difference between a European and an offshore licence?
A European licence brings mandatory deposit limits, a national self-exclusion register, segregated player funds and free access to an independent adjudicator who can rule against the operator. Offshore licences generally provide none of those. Both can run an honest casino; only one gives you somewhere to go when a payout is refused.
Why does verification take so long, and can I speed it up?
Yes, and it is the single most useful thing you can do. Upload identity and address documents before your first deposit rather than after your first win. In our testing, accounts verified in advance were paid in minutes; accounts verified at the point of withdrawal waited between two and nine days. The check is the same either way — only the timing differs.
How fast should a withdrawal really be?
On a fully verified account: minutes to four hours by instant bank transfer or e-wallet, one to three working days by card. Anything past 72 hours without an explanation is worth chasing in writing. Note that the operator's stated processing time usually excludes the banking leg, so the figure you see is not the figure you experience.
      Are winnings taxable?
It depends entirely on where you are resident. In many European jurisdictions the licensed operator carries the tax burden and the player receives winnings gross; in others there is a personal declaration threshold. This is jurisdiction-specific and changes, so check your national tax authority rather than a casino's help page — and never rely on a forum answer.
Can a casino refuse to pay me?
It can withhold a payout for defined reasons: failed verification, a duplicate account, breaching the maximum bet during bonus wagering, or evidence of collusion. The most common refusal we see in practice is the max-bet rule — one C$10 spin during a C$5-cap playthrough can void the bonus and everything won with it. Under a European licence you can escalate to the named adjudicator without paying anything.
What is a fair minimum deposit?
Anything between C$1 and C$10. A high minimum is not a quality signal, and a very low one is genuinely useful — it lets you run the whole pipeline, from deposit through verification to withdrawal, before you commit real money. We recommend testing every new account with the smallest deposit it allows.
Do free spins have hidden conditions?
Almost always three of them: the spins are locked to specific games, the winnings carry their own wagering requirement, and the convertible amount is capped — commonly at C$50 or C$100 no matter what you win. Free spins can be entirely genuine and still be worth very little once that cap is applied.
Does return-to-player tell me anything useful for one evening?
Not for one evening. RTP is an average over millions of spins; a 96% game can take everything you brought in twenty minutes. It is a useful way to compare two games over a long horizon and a useless way to predict tonight. Volatility matters far more for how a single session feels.
Is a native app safer than the mobile site?
No — security is equivalent when both come from the licensed operator. What differs is convenience: apps keep you signed in with biometrics and hold live streams better on weak connections. The one real risk is installing an Android package from outside the official store, which is how cloned casino apps reach people.
What limits should I set on a new account?
Set a deposit limit before your first deposit, while the decision is still abstract. A weekly cap is more useful than a daily one because it survives a bad Friday. Add a session reminder at 60 minutes. Under a European licence, a decrease takes effect immediately while an increase carries a cooling-off delay — that asymmetry exists for a reason and is worth using.
How often is this page re-tested?
Fully, every quarter: new accounts, new deposits, new withdrawal attempts. Between full editions we update individual figures when an operator changes its terms, and each row carries the date it was last verified. We do not refresh the publication date without doing the work behind it.
What should I do if I think I am gambling too much?
Use the operator's own tools first — deposit limit, time-out, self-exclusion — because they take effect immediately and require no conversation. Then talk to someone. Free, confidential support is listed at the bottom of this page and is available in every country covered here. There is no cost and no obligation to stop playing to make the call.

Fifteen years as a payments analyst before this, eight of them reconciling settlement files for companies that took bets. That is where the habit came from: read the terms, then check what the money does, because the two frequently disagree. Every offer on this page was read in full before it was listed. Accounts are opened one at a time, with my own money and a fixed ceiling per operator, and the measured columns fill in as each one is finished.

I do not play for a living and I would not recommend anyone try. If a page like this one convinces you to deposit more than you had planned, it has failed at its job.

If it has stopped being entertainment

Gambling is a paid form of entertainment. Over enough time the house keeps a share of everything staked — that is not a flaw in the game, it is the design of it. Treat every deposit as money already spent, and if you ever find yourself depositing to recover a loss, that is the moment to stop rather than the moment to continue.

Every licensed operator on this page lets you set a deposit limit, take a 24-hour time-out or self-exclude permanently from inside your account settings, without speaking to anyone. Support below is free, confidential and available whether or not you intend to stop.
